Description
Apprenticeship served with London & Essex Guardian Goup. I served this group of newspapers covering all aspects of news and sport in London and the Home Counties. As the Group Chief Photographer I ran two desks for eight photographers. In 1990 I joined a couple of press agencies specialising in hard news and sport, numerous political events in Maastrict and nearer home along with a short assignment in Zaagreb & Sarajevo .
Fifteen years sub contracted to pharmaceutical giants, Glaxo SmithKline and Merk sharp & Dhome. using slr and plate film cameras. At this time, digital photography was taking over from film (I am familiar with all formats)
Returning briefly to the news gathering agents, I covered many news stories in and around london. Significant moments in time!
I now live in Wiltshire, and have a passion for portraiture and landscapes. I am sub contracted to a company who employ me for interior 'make overs' and elevated property stills and VTs
I am also a busy film support artist & Double/ Stand in with inclusion many major films since 2015.
