My name is Phil Rogers, the "PR" in PRCollections, a multi award winning Photographer from Rhos on Sea, North Wales and have had images accepted into International Photography Salons as well as local exhibitions. I've been shooting weddings professionally since 2008 and for 20 years before that whilst holding down a full time job. My photographic experience, however goes back to the mid 70's starting on 35mm film but now shoot entirely digital.

I'm fully covered with Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance and always recommend that the client takes out their own wedding insurance. Any Second Photographer I use will either have their own PL & PI Insurance or will be covered under mine.
