I am a professional photographer (NCTJ-trained) based between Coventry and Leicester and available to cover assignments in the East Midlands, West Midlands, nationwide and worldwide. I regularly work in Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Birmingham, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire and surrounding areas.

I have 23 years of experience as a professional photographer, gaining 16 awards along the way. For the past 14 years I have been freelancing for national magazines and newspapers, as well as for corporate magazines and annual reports on behalf of many blue-chip companies. I also specialise in Public-relations, commercial, advertising, aerial and architectural photography. Public relations photography has been a natural progression for me, as my press photography background has taught me to take PR photographs that newspaper picture editors are really happy to publish.

Many years in photojournalism have led me to doing reportage wedding photography for discerning couples who want candid, natural and un-posed photographs of their big day, without excessive intervention by a bossy photographer! This fresh and spontaneous style has become a hallmark, which is applied to every assignment.

I have been commissioned twice to photograph Her Majesty the Queen in the Buckingham Palace music room. Prior to starting my own business, I was a senior staff photographer for the Coventry Evening Telegraph for five years, after working for newspapers in Kent.

I can do low-level aerial photography (as well as high-level from an aircraft) as I have a 15m aerial mast. The mast can offer more oblique angles than can be obtained from an aircraft and is cheaper too!
