Description
We hold a minimum of two events each month with additional external location shoots. All events are published and are bookable directly via the website. Our house models will be present at these events so you will have a variety of models to shoot with and all models will shoot up to their levels.
Studio 2 is available for hire on days when planned events are not on. Hire includes use of all areas of the studio, full use of lighting, free tea/coffee (and biscuits!) as well as all other facilities including props and costumes.
Hire starts at just £20.00 per hour (a minimum of 2 hours is required) with an additional free 15 minutes set up and 15 minutes pack down time included.
A member of the team will also be on hand to assist with queries, technical or otherwise.
If you have products that you would like to photograph, we have a dedicated area for shooting, either with our in-house photographers or by yourself.
All of our house models are available (with notice) if you require a model for your shoot.
We are based in an abandoned flour mill built in the early 1900's and Studio 2 has been converted into a state-of-the-art photography studio, fully equipped with lights and various sets.
We use Pixapro and Godox lights throughout the studio, plus smoke, bubble and snow machines as well as UV lighting in all areas and two overhead projectors. We also have coloured gels, different modifiers, stereo, adaptable light set-ups. Dedicated Triggers are available for use by photographers and training will be given on the lighting systems. Our team mainly shoot with Canon but we do have photographers and members of the team that use all brands of camera so can assist with all types.
All props are interchangable between areas, however if you wish to hire the studio, please advise as to what set-up/props you require so that they can be made available and ready for your shoot.
Off-street parking is available either directly outside the studio or on nearby side-streets.
Our kitchen is fitted with a microwave, toaster, air-fryer, fridge and kettle - tea/coffee/biscuits etc., are provided for models and photographers on a "clean up after yourself" basis. A unisex toilet is available with hot/cold running water.
Payment for studio hire can either be made on the day of hire by cash or debit/credit card or via our online payment system - note that all events are bookable only by the Studio bookings link and are limited to 8 photographers for any event.
Please be aware that unfortunately we cannot cater for wheelchair or mobility impaired access due to being on the first floor of the building however we are able to offer remote shoots at a discounted rate.
